An alleged active shooter with the intention of attacking a Michigan church on Sunday was shot dead by a security guard, authorities said.
The shooting was developed around 11:15 am local time in the Church of the community of Crosspoint in the suburb of Detroit of Wayne, according to the Wayne Police Department.
Sources of application of the law said that the suspect led his Nissan truck to the Church and opened fire, ABC Detroit Affiliate Wxyz reported.
